AQUAFISH0.0 will promote social acceptance and raise awareness among consumers and producers on the need to implement policies that reduce food losses and waste under the ‘zero waste’ philosophy, based on a QH approach. Three main action lines will be carried out:
R&D
Development of innovative food products from bycatch and by-products
Promote the best possible scenario
for the updating of the administrative and institutional framework for the development of these new products
Awareness regarding circular economy
approach in the field of marine living resources, for both consumption and waste reduction
